T.J. McKinney is an active investor in the Chicago area real estate market specializing in foreclosures and foreclosure marketing. He is also founder of ilFLS.com, Illinois investor’s #1 local data source for foreclosures, auctions and REOs, and educates local investors on the realities of profiting in the local foreclosure market.
T.J. has been investing in Chicago Area real estate and specifically the foreclosure market for the past 8 years. T.J. started as a hard money lender for a foreclosure investor, but after seeing the money that could be made took the leap of faith to go after his own foreclosed property deals. After initially acquiring most of his properties by ‘door knocking’ homeowners in foreclosure he realized he had to develop a better system. Today, he acquires most of his properties through auctions and his preforeclosure marketing system which includes an integration of traditional mailings, door knocking (by others), and a strong online presence.

Quinn Niego

Quinn grew up on Chicago’s Southside the youngest of 8 kids. After selling real estate and originating mortgage loans for 8 years, Quinn took a class called ‘smart foreclosure buying’. Stumbling into his first deal, he became amazed at the opportunity to build wealth while simultaneously helping distressed home owners. Over the next 6 years Quinn employed a unique system he pioneered allowing him to complete 112 preforeclosure transactions. By 2003 word had spread and Quinn started receiving requests to teach his investing system to aspiring real estate investors. Since then he has shared his system with hundreds of investors all across America.
